Support for the Micro car scene

Pivot Racing Monitor RM-07

Anyone have any experience with this unit. http://www.pivotracing.com/product/RM-07 . I'm not even sure if it's Yaris compatible. It gets it's readings from the ECU. Is this the proper way to monitor your engine's vitals or is there a delay here?
